Please read these Terms and Conditions ('Terms') carefully before using the Traderflow mobile application (the 'Service') operated by Traderflow ('us', 'we' , or 'our').

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Communications

By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. You may opt out of receiving any or all of these communications by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities or actions that occur under your account, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use a username that is the name of another person or entity, that is not lawfully available for use, or that is subject to rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization. You may not use a username that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

By posting Content, you represent and warrant that you own the Content or have the right to use it and grant us the rights set out in these Terms, and that posting the Content does not violate any rights of third parties. We reserve the right to terminate any account found to be infringing copyright or other intellectual property rights.

You retain ownership of your Content. However, by posting Content on the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that Content in connection with the Service.

We have the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit user Content. Content on the Service is owned by Traderflow or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use such Content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

In violation of any applicable law, including Nigerian law (e.g., Cybercrimes Act 2015, Nigerian Data Protection Act 2023, or any other relevant regulation).
To exploit or harm minors in any way.
To transmit spam, chain letters, or unsolicited promotional material.
To impersonate any person or entity.
To infringe the rights of others or engage in any illegal, threatening, or fraudulent activity.
To interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, including by introducing viruses, malware, or attempting denial-of-service attacks.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Traderflow and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and international treaties.

6. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Traderflow. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You use such links at your own risk.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good faith negotiations before resorting to litigation.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Risk Disclosure for Forex Trading

Traderflow is a mobile application designed for forex traders, providing tools such as economic calendars, trade journals, news, and charts. Forex trading involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose all or more of your initial investment.

Leverage Risks: Trading on margin carries a high level of risk and can result in losses exceeding your initial investment.
Market Volatility: Currency prices are highly volatile and can be affected by economic, political, and other events.
No Guarantees: Past performance is not indicative of future results. Traderflow does not provide investment advice or guarantees of profit.
Electronic Trading Risks: System failures, internet disruptions, or quoting errors may occur, and Traderflow is not liable for any resulting losses.

You acknowledge that you trade at your own risk and indemnify Traderflow from any losses incurred through use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Traderflow, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Traderflow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

13. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an AS IS and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
